These conditions concern the sale of two books by Michel Caza, “Le Caméléon de l’Art Contemporain” in French and “The Chameleon of Contemporary Art” in English. These books are published and sold by Michel Caza-Édition-Terascreen. Those sold by the association FESPA France and the Federation FESPA are on their terms according to the agreements made between these entities and us. PRICE : The price of each book, in French or in English is 120 euros net (144 US $). The prices of the books are in Euros (EUR). They are also indicated in US $. Payments must be in Euros. (?).

For companies, galleries, museums, bookstores or others who would like to order a certain quantity of books, we can practice the following discounts: From 5 to 10 copies: 96 € (115 US $) part + shipping from 11 to 25 copies: 90 € (108 US $) piece + shipping from 26 to 50 copies: 84 € (100 $) piece + shipping

ORDERS
They can be done by the form on the site, by email, by letter but must always be written and accompanied by the payment that can be done directly on the site. All orders are considered firm and final.
TRANSPORT, INSURANCE, CUSTOMS
The book price is net and if there are customs duties in some countries, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The transport of books (insured) is done by the French subsidiary of La Poste, Colissimo. In case of damage to the parcel, it is imperative not to open it, refuse it and ask for it back to the sender: Michel Caza-edition-Terascreen, 33 rue de Pontoise, 95660 Champagne-sur-Oise – France . Shipping costs for the book sent to the unit (weight with packaging, 4.5 kg) : – France : 15 € per book – EC and Europe : from 15 to 30 € depending on the zones – Australia, Canada, China, South Korea, United States, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam : 56 € – Africa (excluding Maghreb), Americas (excluding the United States and Canada), Middle – East, other Asian countries, Oceania (excluding Australia) : 70 € If the order covers several books – they can be sent by up to three per package (15 kg) for practical handling reasons. Beyond 3 books, contact us by chat or email before completing the order and finalize payment.
MEANS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment of the book (s) is to be made cash, and sent simultaneously with the order or purchase form on the site or by email to <michelcaza.m@neuf.fr>. It can be done by Paypal or credit cards recognized internationally, or by bank transfer as indicated on the invoice which will also be sent by email as an attachment. Checks are only accepted if issued by a French bank. RETURN OF BOOKS : We do not accept any return of books without prior agreement in view of a justified claim. The only exception seen above is the case of damage to the package found by the buyer, which in this case must refuse receipt to the carrier.
